What would we choose if we had complete control over every little detail???
Now that the children are older some things have become apparent that perhaps if we had a little more control, we might have done differently.
Obviously there are benefits & drawbacks in having the children close together, to have an intense time with nappies, teething, sleeplessness & schooling would get it all over in a rush & leave you thinking 'wow that was a blur'.
Or in our case our destiny was to have the children come along in a more relaxed fashion. You can't book in to be pregnant when you think it might be convenient & in hindsight the spacing has worked out quite well (although school fees are still to go on for a while & I'll have done 21 years worth of parent interviews by the time we're done!)
This thinking about spacing of children has come about because this year the gorgeous Hayley will turn 21 then our Callum will turn 18 just 3 months later!
So double celebrations for us & I'm just starting to think about what, where, when & who!
These cakes are so cute, maybe they will appeal to Hayley who has quite distinct tastes.
What she doesn't like she DOESN'T LIKE & I can't tell anymore if she'll like something or not!
